Natural Aid For Relaxing The Body And The Mind - Adamà Wellness

The past weeks were so full of things to do. As the day of Adamà’s launch was getting closer and closer, we found it hard to take a breath and look for some time to relax. That’s why we wrote a little guide about natural relaxation and some tips we learned!

1. Play some relaxing music

You can find great playlists on YouTube and Spotify. Music can help you experience a very deep state of relaxation and reduce stress. We recommend this awesome playlist:


2. Find an alternative to coffee

When you’re a little bit anxious, go for an herbal tea, or even an herbal tea alternative! Have you ever tried Yerba Mate or Golden Milk? They are great, non caffeinated beverages that you can easily prepare on your own.


3. Yoga and meditation

To effectively combat stress, you can practice yoga or try meditation. Deep breathing is a simple yet powerful relaxation technique. If you can’t afford a class download the Headspace app: it helps you focus, breathe and stay calm.


4. Aromatherapy and essential oils

Nature is always the best source for you health, and we will never get tired of saying it!

To perform at your best and get a better night's rest you can use an aromatic essential oil. For instance our Natural Sleep Aid can be sprayed 3/4 times onto your pillow before bedtime. The oils can activate certain areas of your brain, like your limbic system, which plays a role in your emotions.

The important thing to remember is that you have to find the relaxation technique that’s best for you. Sometimes we prefer yoga and drinking golden milk, while sometimes a relaxing bath with soft music on in the background works best.
